Local facilities (+/- 10km) include: golf course, tennis courts, casino, supermarkets, butcher, wine/bottle store, bank, pharmacy etc.
Main supermarkets, retail shops in Nelspruit and Riverside Mall (which has an 8 screen cinema) is situated 3 Km from Nelspruit towards White River.There is also an excellent selection of restaurants and steakhouses. A visit to the Reptile Park and Botanical Gardens in Nelspruit is also well worthwhile.
Day Trips
There is plenty to do in the region to keep even the most active of visitors content. In White River you can visit the Casterbridge Farm Shopping Centre and its renowned motor museum. Browse through the multitude of creative and artistic shops. Peruse through the fine linen, furniture and jewellery that can be found in White River while pondering on which of the fine restaurants you’ll be dining at.
The famous Kruger National Park is less than 35 minutes drive to the Malelane Gate on the national N4 road. Day visits to the Kruger can be arranged in open safari vehicles with qualified rangers and trackers.
Maputo, capital of neighbouring Mozambique is approximately 2 hours drive on the N4 toll road.

Sabie, MacMac Falls, Bourke’s Luck Potholes, God’s Window, Pilgrim’s Rest, Long Tom Pass, Blyde River Canyon, Three Rondavels, or travel through to beautiful Swaziland on a day trip visiting Pigg’s Peak and Mbabane.
